Effective date: September 23, 2026
These Terms of Service and Sales Agreement ("Terms") apply to your use of pcmasters-shop.com and to every purchase made on it.
PC Masters ("PC Masters", "we", "us", or "our") is owned and operated by:
PC-MASRER LLC
16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States
Email: support@pcmasters-shop.com
Phone: +1 888-877-5208
PC Masters is an independent online software retailer. We are not Microsoft, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Microsoft unless we expressly say so and hold written authorization. Microsoft, Windows, Office, Visio, Project, Outlook, Access, and other product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.
1. Accepting these Terms
By using pcmasters-shop.com, creating an account, placing an order, or ticking a box to accept, you agree to these Terms together with:
- our Return, Refund and Activation Guarantee Policy;
- our Digital Delivery Policy;
- our Privacy Policy; and
- any product-specific terms shown before you buy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you buy on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
2. Who is selling to you
The seller of every product on pcmasters-shop.com is PC-MASRER LLC, trading as PC Masters. PC-MASRER LLC is the legal entity responsible for processing your order, delivering your product, and providing support.
3. Digital products
We sell software product keys, digital licenses, download links, installation files, activation instructions, and related digital content and support. Each product page states the software title and edition, the number of devices or users allowed, the supported operating system, the license type where relevant, any region or language restrictions, the activation method, compatibility requirements, and other important limitations. Please review this information before ordering.
A product key does not transfer ownership of the software or of any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property. It lets you use the software only as described on the product page and under the publisher's end-user license agreement or other license terms.
4. Publisher license terms
Software we supply may be subject to terms set by its publisher, manufacturer, platform, or account provider. When you install, activate, download, redeem, or use the software, you may need to accept that party's license agreement, privacy policy, account terms, device limits, and acceptable-use rules, and you are responsible for following them. If a product-specific term conflicts with these Terms, the product-specific term applies to that product only. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority.
5. Placing an order
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected product. An automatic order confirmation only tells you that we received your order; it does not mean we have accepted it. We may review orders for payment authorization, availability, pricing accuracy, fraud risk, regional restrictions, duplicates, and compliance with these Terms. Your order is accepted when we deliver the product or expressly confirm acceptance. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order after your payment has been authorized, we will cancel it and refund the amount charged.
6. Availability
All products are subject to availability. We may discontinue a product, limit quantities, briefly delay delivery for verification, decline an order we cannot lawfully or reliably fulfil, or cancel an order if the product is unavailable. If we cannot supply a paid order, you will receive a refund or any other remedy the law requires.
7. Prices, currency, and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout. Please review the total before placing your order; the checkout page shows applicable taxes, fees, and discounts known to us before you pay. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may add currency conversion fees, international transaction fees, or other charges that we do not control.
If we discover an obvious pricing or technical error before delivery, we may contact you to offer the product at the correct price or cancel the order and refund you in full. We will never charge a higher price after delivery without your express agreement.
8. Payment
Orders must be paid in full with a payment method offered at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners, card networks, banks, and digital wallet providers such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, whose own terms and privacy practices may apply. We do not store full payment card numbers. Payment must be successfully authorized before we deliver.
9. Fraud prevention and order checks
We use automated and manual fraud prevention to protect our customers and our business. We may delay, decline, or cancel an order where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized payment, a stolen payment method, false or inconsistent information, abusive ordering, prohibited resale, sanctions or legal restrictions, or other suspicious activity. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify an order, but you should never send us full card numbers, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information. We may disclose information when required by valid legal process or a lawful request from an authorized public authority.
10. Digital delivery
We deliver by email, on the order confirmation page, in your customer account, or by another electronic method shown at checkout. An account is not required when guest checkout is available. You are responsible for entering a correct email address, checking spam and junk folders, keeping access to your mailbox, and contacting us if your delivery does not arrive. Most orders are delivered shortly after payment; some need extra verification and may take longer. "Instant delivery" means delivery is normally automated and fast, not that it is guaranteed within a set number of seconds or minutes. More details are in our Digital Delivery Policy.
11. Installation and activation
Please make sure your device meets the compatibility and system requirements on the product page. Some products require online or phone activation, a publisher account, removal of conflicting software, installation of a specific edition, or other steps. Follow the instructions included with your order. Free installation and activation help is included with every license; it is provided by PC Masters and is not official manufacturer support unless we expressly say so.
12. 30-Day Activation Guarantee
Eligible purchases are covered by our voluntary 30-Day Activation Guarantee. If a product we supplied is invalid, materially different from what you ordered, or cannot be activated as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will take reasonable steps to diagnose the issue, send corrected instructions, provide a replacement key or the correct product, or refund you if we cannot resolve it. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate. The guarantee is in addition to your mandatory consumer rights and does not shorten or replace them.
13. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund and Activation Guarantee Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short:
- an unused product may be exchanged under the conditions in that policy;
- duplicate purchases may be refunded;
- invalid, incorrect, undelivered, or materially misdescribed products qualify for support, replacement, or a refund;
- a change of mind after delivery is generally not refundable unless the law requires it; and
- an activated, redeemed, registered, transferred, or otherwise used product is generally not refundable unless it is defective, misdescribed, or covered by mandatory consumer rights.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a remedy that must be provided under applicable consumer law.
14. Customers in Australia
For Australian customers, the 30-Day Activation Guarantee is provided by PC-MASRER LLC, trading as PC Masters, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States, email support@pcmasters-shop.com, phone +1 888-877-5208. It lasts for 30 days from delivery. To claim, contact us with your order number, product details, a description of the problem, and the reasonable evidence we need to investigate. Making a claim is free, and reasonable expenses of a valid claim are handled as the Australian Consumer Law requires.
Australian Consumer Law statement. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
These guarantees apply automatically and can continue after the 30-Day Activation Guarantee has ended.
15. Customers in Canada
For Canadian customers, these Terms apply subject to mandatory federal, provincial, and territorial consumer protection laws, which can vary by province or territory. Nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory right or remedy relating to defective products, non-delivery, material misrepresentation, unauthorized transactions, unfair business practices, or other protections that cannot be waived.
16. Customers in the United States
For United States customers, these Terms apply subject to applicable federal and state consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
17. Accounts and guest checkout
You can buy with an account or as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for giving accurate information, keeping your password safe, controlling access to your device and account, telling us about any unauthorized access, and keeping your contact details up to date. You may not transfer your account, impersonate someone else, or use another customer's account without permission. We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or breaches of these Terms.
18. Using the website
You may use the website only for lawful personal or business purchases. You must not:
- try to gain unauthorized access to the website or another customer's account;
- get around security or fraud-prevention measures;
- introduce malware or harmful code;
- scrape the website in a way that disrupts it, or use automated tools to place abusive or fraudulent orders;
- copy product keys or protected content without permission, or resell products where resale is prohibited;
- use the website to infringe anyone's rights or submit false, misleading, or unlawful information; or
- otherwise interfere with how the website works.
19. Reviews and content you submit
You are free to post honest reviews of PC Masters, our products, and our support. Nothing in these Terms prohibits or penalizes an honest review, requires you to give up ownership of your review, or requires you to remove or change a negative review, in line with the U.S. Consumer Review Fairness Act.
If you submit a review or other content for publication on our website, you keep ownership of it and give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display it for the purpose it was submitted. We will ask for separate consent before using your photo, video, or review in paid advertising.
We may remove content that contains private or confidential information; is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or threatening; is unrelated to our products or services; contains malware or spam; infringes someone's rights; or is demonstrably fake or misleading. Positive and negative reviews are moderated by the same standards.
20. Electronic communications
By placing an order, you agree to receive transactional messages about your order confirmation, payment, fraud checks, delivery, activation help, refunds, and important service or policy updates. We send marketing messages only with your consent or where the law otherwise allows, and every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe. Electronic contracts and records can have the same legal effect as paper ones.
21. Privacy and cookies
How we collect and use personal information, including through cookies and similar technologies, is explained in our Privacy Policy. Using the website does not mean you consent to all cookies; where required, we offer you cookie choices.
22. Intellectual property
The original text, layout, graphics, logos, icons, software, databases, and other content of pcmasters-shop.com are owned by or licensed to PC-MASRER LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or commercially use our original content without our prior written permission. Third-party product names, logos, artwork, software, and trademarks remain the property of their owners.
23. Third-party websites and services
The website may link to or rely on third-party services for payments, software downloads, account registration, activation, reviews, live chat, analytics, and other functions. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, or availability, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
24. Website availability
We work to keep the website available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always run without interruption or errors. Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages, network failures, and other technical problems can affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service and fulfil accepted orders.
25. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, and subject to all mandatory consumer rights, the website is provided on an "as available" basis; we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free; we do not guarantee compatibility with devices or configurations that are not listed as supported; and we are not responsible for problems caused solely by unsupported devices, malware on your device, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow accurate instructions. These disclaimers do not apply where a product is defective, materially misdescribed, undelivered, or covered by a mandatory consumer guarantee.
26. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory consumer guarantees, remedies required by the Australian Consumer Law, mandatory Canadian or U.S. consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to those exceptions and to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for losses caused solely by unauthorized or unlawful use of a product, and our total liability for an order will generally not exceed the amount paid for that order. For Australian consumers, this clause does not exclude compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage available under the Australian Consumer Law.
27. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as widespread network failures, natural disasters, government action, war or civil unrest, major infrastructure failures, payment network outages, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party platforms. This does not remove your right to a refund or other remedy if we cannot supply a paid product or the law requires a remedy.
28. Complaints and disputes
If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@pcmasters-shop.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve it. Nothing in these Terms stops you from contacting a consumer protection authority, using your payment provider's dispute or chargeback process, bringing an eligible small claims action, or using any other remedy available to you by law.
29. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. This choice of law does not take away any mandatory protection that customers in Canada or Australia have under the laws that apply to them. Proceedings may be brought in any court with lawful jurisdiction, and nothing here requires you to give up a forum or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
30. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, website, payment methods, business practices, legal requirements, or security procedures, and we will publish the updated version with a new effective date. The Terms that apply to a purchase are normally those shown when the order was placed, and later changes will not reduce rights already attached to a completed order.
31. Transfer of rights
You may not transfer your rights under an order where the license terms prohibit it. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of the business, as long as your mandatory consumer rights are not reduced.
32. Severability and no waiver
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited only as much as necessary and the rest will remain in effect. If we do not enforce a provision on one occasion, we can still enforce it later.
33. Entire agreement and order of precedence
These Terms, together with our policies and the product information shown before purchase, form the agreement between you and PC Masters. If documents conflict, they apply in this order: mandatory applicable law; the order confirmation and product-specific terms; the Return, Refund and Activation Guarantee Policy; these Terms; and our other website policies. Publisher license terms separately govern how the software may be used.
